Model Optimisation - Hand Bag Game Ready 3D Model
I have just recently finished work optimising a 3D model of a Chanel Hand bag, to be used within Second Life.
The work involved creating a low poly version from a high resolution mesh, I also baked out all the textures, and created colour, normal and specular maps which can be used in other real time engines.

European Championship Trophy
In Preparation for Euro 2012 football tournament, I thought it would be fitting to create a 3D model of the European Championship Trophy. The model has been created in 3Ds Max and rendered using Vray.
Could England actually get there Hands on the trophy? I have also created the FA Cup which you can see in one of my previous posts.

Infinity Curl Range of Tables
I have recently completed a project which set me the task of visualising a new range of tables from a given design. The tables have been completed for the designer Constanze Schweda of KiriDesign.
The range consists of 4 Tables, each one inspired by the Japanese art of Kirigami, whereby a sheet of paper is cut and folded into a three-dimensional form. Each of the tables are designed in a way to be cut from a single sheet of steel. For further details regarding the range of tables visit www.KiriDesign.com

Basement Lab Scene
I have recently completed a project requiring me to create a basement lab scene which took its inspiration from Frankenstein's Lab and the works of HP Lovecraft. The final images are black and white and are to be used as a background in a game.
The game has a working title of 'The Forbidden' and should be released later on this year. I will let you know further details regarding the platforms etc. as I know them.

American Civil War Exhibition Visualisation
A recently completed project of mine was to create a visualisation of an Exhibition stand, based on the American Civil War. The design was originally created by Abrams Associates Design found at www.aaexhibits.com
I am now looking into the possibility of creating a real-time scene, enabling the user to explore the scene and preview the exhibition. So keep an eye out for that in the not too distant future.
All the models were created using 3DS Max and rendered using Vray.

3D Pixel Movie Characters
Over the last couple of weeks I have been looking into a few things using 3DS Max, I found a plugin that allows you to take an image and transform it into 3D pixels.
Here are some of the results that I have achieved when rendering the characters using Mental Ray. They are all famous Movie Characters from some iconic films, can you guess who they all are?
On a side not I take no credit for the original designs of these pixel characters, the original designs are from this site here http://drawn.ca/archive/pixeljoint/
